Perestroika

Director Sarah Turner's autobiographical documentary is a ghost story that explores what we forget and how we remember. First shot in 1988 and then again in 2008, the film boasts stunning imagery from the window of the Trans-Siberian train and culminates at the haunting expanse of Lake Baikal, the deepest lake in the world.

The Factory of Found Clothes

The Factory of Found Clothes (Fabrika Nadyonii Odezhdii in Russian, or FNO) are Natalya Pershina-Yakimanskaya and Olga Egorova, respectively known as Gluklya and Tsaplya, both members of the collective Chto delat?. Founded in 1995 in St Petersburg, FNO have used installation, performance, video, text and ’social research’ to develop an operational logic of ‘fragility’.

Serena Maneesh + Exit Calm + Tripwires

The first night the Reverence #3 series features the sonic assault of Oslo's Serena Maneesh, whose recent album on 4AD rightly received many excellent reviews. Support comes from the epic and intense sounds of Exit Calm, hailed by many as the most exciting band to emerge from Sheffield in many years and Tripwires, from Reading and reminiscent of the early days of both Ride and Catherine Wheel.

Martin Creed: Works

Turner Prize-winning artist Martin Creed discusses his work and signs copies of his new book. Known for his straightforward approach to making art and his deft economy of means, Creed has produced sculptures, installations, drawings, films, performances, music and text. Public Art Private Money

Where should the arts look for funding in an era of austerity?
